Deep diving with the Soulflowers over a lunar cycle is one of the most powerful ways I have found to be able to deepen my understanding of, and relationship with, the plant spirits as well as integrate and embody their wisdom into my life. It is a way of being in connection with the plants that I have leaned into, practiced and shared for many cycles and seasons now.
