Garden Tending Apprenticeship 2026
Nine Mondays
March – November 2026
9:00am to 3:30pm
The Soulflower Gardens have been my personal sanctuary for a long time now, but the plants have been letting me know that it is time to invite others to share in the magic and deepen their own intuitive relationship with the land. And so I am opening up my garden with all of its wild and messy wisdom for a small group (up to 6 souls) where we will remember together what it means to be human and divine, mentored by our wise elders—the plants.
Every monthly group gathering will begin in ceremony and end in ceremony, and in between we will remember how to create inner and outer sanctuary through the practices of hands-on intuitive gardening, ecological stewardship and heart centered tending of the land and self.
Together we will restore our innate kinship with the natural world and remember how to listen to the voices of the Earth, the wisdom of our souls and cocreate vital, healthy landscapes that serve all.
This is a full body, heart opening, hands-on experience and a perfect, practical complement for herbalists, wellness practitioners and coaches, for landscape professionals, environmental stewards and for anyone who feels called to deepen their relationship with the living land.
All gatherings take place in person in the Soulflower Sanctuary Garden in Yarmouth, Maine once per month from March to November, 9am to 3:00pm.
The loose outline and meeting dates for our journey together are detailed below with the understanding that we will also honor and flow with whatever arises… naturally. We will move in harmony with the rhythm of the moon, the seasons and the world around us and there will be multiple plant spirits stepping up as our guides for each day.
A deposit of $300 will hold your place and the balance is due at the beginning of March 2026. Payment plans can be arranged. (If there is enough interest in a Sunday group option I’d be happy to offer that in addition to or instead of Mondays... let me know!)
The sliding scale exchange is $1800-2200 for all 9 gatherings and includes light refreshments and all materials and tools needed. All you will need to bring is a nourishing lunch, a journal or notebook and your loving, curious and wise heart. Nature is abundant and generous and you will always receive more than you give.
