Instead we are going to explore the idea of being in relationship with the flowers themselves, being open to finding a place within us that seeks their knowledge. In this way we can not only become aware of their vibrational healing medicine but also strengthen trust in our own inner compass and our innate ability to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs, so we may harmonise and return to a place of peace.
